1.0 Assembly and Constructor in nature implied interdependent and interconnected or intertwined and entangled processes and mechanisms rather than just mechanisms or processes or reducible. And as such, need to be distinguished or developed as such. For example, processes such as resonance, criticality,  symmery and asymmetry breaking, phase transition, emergence, entanglement have embedded and embodied interdependent and interconnected processes and mechanisms

And beyond or continuous dynamic transformation, evolution, and emergence of complexity. And as such, need to be parts of both Assembly and Constructor

3.0 And from 2.0, implied or integrate physics, chem-physics, bio-physics and chemistry and biology in Assembly and Constructor theories respectively as required for non-dual holistic existential or nature' epistemic and ontic exploration and quest. 

4.0 Need to develop as holistic self-realization and self-actualization (i.e. self-assembled, self-transformed, self-emerged, self-evolved, and self-optimized or from irreducible potential to spectra-field to Abiogenesis to Panspermia to life and existence as known) or as whole from Creation to Creator to life and existence as known rather than reductive parts or such as from physics to chemistry to biology and beyond as interdependent and interconnected or intertwined and entangled processes and mechanism of parts of sum of parts of wholeness

5.0 Apply non-dual philosophical and scientific concepts of:

5.1 "Dependent and Interdependent Origination" or Creation

5.2 "Dependent and Interdependent Arising" or Creator

5.3 "Nothing Has Its Own Intrinsic Inherent Independent Existence" - Intertwinement and Entanglement of Parts as Sum of Parts of Greater Whole.
