On The Nature of Universal Time. And Memory and Information

Brief and simplified discernment to strengthen and complement the following essay Sabine Hossenfelder: Backreaction: Does the Past Still Exist?:

There are many or diverse ways to illustrated tha in order for meaningful functional transformation, evolution, and emergence or life and existence as known and experience, the past, present, and future have to be interdependent and interconnected. And intertwined and entangled. And as illustrated through diverse evidential and empirical examples such as:

1.0 Engineering such as:

1.1 Simple: in order to obtain states function or functional machine sequencer, simple feedback sequencer or memory mechanism has to be implemented

1.2 More complex: gadgets such as computers and smart phones or network gadget systems where diverse functional memory system are implemented with on chip or component, on board, subsystem, and system. And diverse dynamic and programmable memory through diverse memory and information functional tasks mechanisms. And system operations and management process and mechanism, memory and information existed across the components-sum of components-parts-sum of parts-subsystem-sum of subsystems-and system as a whole.

1.3 Yet more complex such as AI system

2.0 Applied sciences such as:

In biology, it is observed or known that functional memory processes and mechanisms from the molecular to cellular to organisms to organs to body-mind are essential for meaningful function, transformation, evolution. and emergence. And can be illustrated with memory in water, RNA and DNA information storages, epigenetic and genetic transmutation, neurons functions, bio-field, and local and non-local mind field. And among others.

3.0 Human daily experience such as:

Mind is functional of consciousness and awareness of past, present, and future. As an example, an individual mind has to be functional of causal and retro-causal of past, present, and future in order to be in proper state of mind. Otherwise, forgetting of the past and not knowing the future (such as all kind of planning or ability to predict and plan), the individual would be in malfunctional or non-functional states of mind such as zombie, absent mind, deranged or all kind of possible mental problems (and therefore physical since body-mind are irreducible). Another simple way of saying is if the past, present, and future are not intertwined and entangled, the mind cannot neither adapt nor adjust nor correct nor understand local and non-local experience of the world properly and accordingly.

4.0 Human transcendence experience:

Transcendence, naturalness-spiritual, OBE, and NDE experiencer reported experience of timelessness or there is no time. Another way of saying or the reason is in quantum and beyond realms, past, present, and future are clearly perceived or experienced as interdependent and interconnected. And intertwined and entangled.

5.0 On the cosmic scale:

In order for life and existence to manifest as known, functional memory system process and mechanism have to or must exist. Otherwise, meaningful transformation, evolution, and emergence would never be possible.

In the macro world such as 1.0-3.0 and cosmic macro world, past, present, and future intertwinement and entanglement are not obvious. And therefore, perceived simply as interdependent and interconnected memory, correlated, and or causal information and data system. However, it would be more obvious in the quantum and beyond realms such as 4.0 and 5.0 (i.e. cosmic quantum and beyond realms). And which also indicated that time and memory or information or spectra-field-space-time-geometry-information are irreducible or causal and retro-causal relational phenomena. And as had discerned in diverse ways in diverse past discernments.

And therefore, "Now" is causal and retro-causal of past, present, and future. And which are irreducible otherwise nothing would make sense or such as no value nor meaning nor purpose nor understanding nor direction (or chaos and disorder mind or system). And therefore, meaningful and purposeful transformation, evolution, emergence, and existence or life and existence as known would never be possible.

While local time such as circadian planetary, solar, and galaxy can better be expressed as causal local clocks and rhythms as complementary in the development, evolution, and emergence of life and existence such as many sentient sentient composite body-mind system. And is not only localized, rather can vary with such as planets, solar systems, and galaxies (and hence, not universal. And for good reasons and purposes such as of infinite diversity and pluralism such as each of infinite universal genomes are unique sentient. And therefore, of infinitely potentialities of possibilities).

A simple way of saying is even through local and non-local rhythms are intertwined and entangled, universal non-local time is different from local time or clocks and rhythms (as an illustration The central core clock machinery drives the majority of metabolic rhythms - EPISTEMOLOGY OF LIFE AND ONTOLOGY OF EXISTENCE FOUNDATION AND INSTITUTE (epistemologyontologyfoundationinstitute.org)). Another way of saying is time in the macro world does not manifest the same, and therefore, not experiencing the same as time in the quantum and beyond realms and worlds even though they are intertwined and entangled. Another simple way of stating is universal time is the domain of the subtle body-mind while local time is the domain of the organic biologic body of the many sentient composite body-mind system. 


Therefore, in an interdependent and interconnected; and intertwined and entangled world or nature' epistemic and ontic, past-present-future individual-shared-collective lives experience or memory and information can be shared as illustrated through empirical of  individual-shared-collective ideas, dreams, vision, past lives, OBE, NDE, and death experience or memory and information. And among others such as shared discoveries, intuition, and knowing. And these are not only empirical of infinite potentialities of possibilities locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond. Rather, the topology, structure, function, geometry, information, process, mechanism, and order to embodied and facilitated such infinite potentialities of possibilities exist as they are being discovered through sciences or the scientific method, engineering, and technology.

As an extremely brief and simple analogy through human species' epistemic and ontic, in adaptive redundant, distributive, and or parallel systems, there exist individual-shared-collective parts-sum of parts-system memory and information depending on or vary with the system topology, structure, function, process, mechanism, and order. And variant in operations and tasks as briefly simplified and illustrated in 1.2.

Past, present, and future and time can be understood as briefly simplified and explained here. However, to experience and know them or experience and know nature' epistemic and ontic. And nature of reality and truth whether as empirical objective and or subjective, the subtle body-mind and many sentient composite have to be integrated not only as parts of holistic development and living, rather also as ways of universal being and becoming whether as individual-shared-collective naturalness-spiritual and or scientific quests, development, nurturing, and practices. And thus or this is how the infinitely infinite can be experience and known by the infinitely finite.
