First and foremost, current science is based on near field observable and localized phenomena and realm. And as such, is infinitely finite (i.e. excluded subtle, unobservable,  and hidden realms and worlds such as dark and unified spectra-field, related underlying processes and mechanisms, and non-organic or immaterial biologic realms and world). And as such, cannot construct and conceptualize wholeness which is infinitely infinite local and non-local dynamic and transformative complexity and potentialities of possibilities. And thus, nature of reality and truth. That said:

There are diverse types of entanglement. mechanism, and degrees of freedom. However, non-local and faster than light are limited to macro and organic entities as a whole. And not their sum of part such as atoms, quanta (and sub-quanta), and spectra-field or (or non-local spectra-field-space-time-geometry-information form-formless) that made up such entities. As relatable examples or recorded being and becoming experience over the millenniums, in particularly later or modern centuries (such as those that experience the transcendence, naturalness-spiritual, OBE, and NDE experience), non-local and faster than light process and mechanism cannot be applied or restricted to the macro and organic body-mind. However, they applied to or are function of the subtle body-mind (non-organic and of spectra-field) of the many sentient composite body-mind system. Another simple way of stating is proper form-formless are required for proper realm(s) and world(s). And at its Ground(Ground of being and Existence. And Becoming), nature is non-local all the way down as had discerned in diverse ways in diverse past discernments and illustrations.

And as such, apply brief and simplified just discerned concept and method (i.e. science made simple) would lead to much local and non-local discoveries and solutions in the known physical world. And beyond such as nature of dark and unified spectra-field as well as related processes and mechanisms locally and non-locally.

In an intertwined and entangled participatory being and becoming as parts of sum of parts of wholeness, nature of reality and truth as well as existential being and becoming experience locally and non-locally are not must be nor have to be, rather "Is" what briefly discerned in here.
