In a self-realized and self-actualized cosmos, the role of the observer or sentient is of participatory as parts of sum of parts of wholeness rather than requirement for universal process and mechanism of being and becoming. Therefore, the confusion and persistent problems of the measurement problem and role of the observer are mainly due to: 1.0 Realms Even through realms such as macro, micro, quantum, and beyond have common or shared similarities such as universality, relativity, symmetry, asymmetry, criticality, phase transition, and among others; their differences can also be extreme. And therefore, their states and transformation can vary greatly with such as spectra-field, energy, temperature. pressure, interference, and among others 2.0 Wave Functions And from 1.0, again there are aspects of similarities in the wave functions attributed across realms. However, they can also vary greatly dependeing on states and conditions. And as simple illustrations: In analog and digital devices or system, the signals or wave functions can be functions of many parameters and attributes such as supply, shileding, grounding, temperature, interference, supply-chip-board-sytem noises, reflection, and among others. And to properly probe the signals or wave functions, the tools or probes have to best match the tracks (or board) and chips (or devices) impedance, Otherwise, the signals or wave functions not only can be distorted, rather malfunction. Another way of saying is the wave functions are effected by the design and probing tools or equipment And the similarities are also in optics such as the wave functions can be distorted or malfunction due to such as refraction, reflection, and scattering due to such as materials indexes or medium, shielding grounding, splicing, splitting, combining, up-down conversion, bending, and among others. And as well as devices, boards, and system specifications as in analog and digital brieifly mentioned in previous paragraphs. However, wave functions are also affected by design, configuration, and probing tools And unless exerting abnormal conditions, the human effects on these systems, again, depending on design, configuration, and system is none or is neglible. However, in quantum realm and beyond, sentient effects on the equipment and system can be obvious or propounded. A simple way of saying is effects not only from design configuration, and tools, rather also from the observer or experimenter. And are due to the following main reasons: 1.0 The effects of the many sentient composite body-mind system such as electromagnetics. And in particularly when focus attention can affect apparatus-equipment and system depending on their design, configuration, and function. Another simple way of saying is quantum wave function can be affected by the observer not because an observer is required, rather due the observer attributes and characteristics and functions such as body-mind spectra-field (i.e. energy-space-time-geometry-information) and functions or wave functions 2.0 In quantum and beyond, there are multiple realms that need to be taken into considerations: 2.1 Observable and detectable realm 2.2 Non-observable and non-detectable realm and as such, the composite or superimposed or overall effects need to be analyzed holistically or for all of these such as spectra-field, subtle energy, and underlying or subtle-hidden processes and mechanisms. 3.0 Furthermore, 1,0-2.0 are also functions of sentient dynamic processes and mechanisms that emanated or radiated from sentient or experimenters such as whether maco, micro, and subtle-hidden processes and mechanisms, And local and or non-local or the observer or experimenter' wave function An observer or sentient, as parts of sum of parts of the whole can affect the wave functions or fabrics of the cosmos positively or negatively, whether infinitely finite or not. However, an observer is not necessary for the comes to come into being and becoming since after all, it was through self-realization and self-actualization. And as well as the measurement problem and role of the observer can be solved through the scientific method, local and non-local experience, empirical data, and reason.
