Due to evolution, development and living, constructed and engineered ideologies, and survival and thrive in an infinite localized world; just about every aspects of way of life and practices from languages, cultures, traditions, scientific concept annd method, and on and on are dual from perception and experience of infinite localized fragmented and separatedness world. And they further reinforced each other over the millenniums. However, as scientific and naturalness-spiritual progressed,  scientist (started to realized recently basing on empirical data) and naturalness-spiritual (approximately 2.6 millenniums ago) practitioners are further and further realizing (definition of non-dual in dictionary, literatures, and scriptures are very inadequate since life and existence are of dynamic and transformative infinite complexities and potentialities of possibilities. And as well as much are subtle and hidden realms and worlds.

And to confirm what just mentioned or as factual and self-evidential, all those that explored and or experience (whether through scientific method and or naturalness-spiritual experience) realms and worlds beyond known localized macro world, in particularly quantum (and beyond) and non-locality and entanglement (and beyond), all proclaimed weirdness, counter-intuitive, and uncomprehendable. And just as or confirmed what previously mentioned, non-dual irreducible being and becoming would be extremely weird, counterproductive, and uncomprehendable to fragmented and separateness reducible and dual mind.

And as such, the best way to comprehend is through experience whether naturalness-spiritual and or scientific method) that the essence and nature of nature is non-dual. And complementary practices. Another way of saying is better understanding non-duality would better lead to naturalness-spiritual development and practices. And to certain aspects, vice versa or they are complementary.
