Transmission phenomena and their characteristics depend and vary on many variables such as realm, medium, technology. And many aspects of phenomenology are due to such as reflection, dispersion, polarization, and or scattering. And which could easily affect functions and operations of components and systems For example, dispersion, polarization, and scattering can manifest and vary more widely depending on the realm, medium, and technology. However, reflection is the norm across medium and technology whether electrical, radio-microwave, optical,  or quantum. For example, in electrical technology and copper line, transmission effects can be due to such as material, technology, resistance, capacitance, inductance, impedance, frequency, energy, coupling, temperature, diverse types of noise (such as thermo, cross talk, coupling, environment), and medium characteristics.

And therefore, this discernment is to state that is is essential while inspire and encourage the organization, creation, and development of quantum transmission (and information) medium phenomenology and characterization discipline.
