LOCAL AND NON-LOCAL
Re-incarnation belief emerged through perception and experience of the world many millenniums past. And was based strictly on perception of the human experience rather than through the scientific method and empirical data. In those ancient days, not only almost nil is known about the origin of life, bio-transmutation, and evolution as well as supporting sciences such as chemistry, physics, biology, neurology, and cosmology were non-existent. And as well as epistemology and ontology of life and existence were also non-existence.
However, the mechanism or the science of such phenomena can be explained through the scientific method. As an illustration, there are many phenomena sharing similar aspects or process and mechanism to re-incarnation such as: 1.0 People can access thought of others. 2.0 People can sense certain life history of others. 3.0 Shared dream, OBE, or NDE among people. 4.0 Channelling. 5. Communication with spirit. These phenomena as well as re-incarnation clearly indicated the following: 1.0 There are natural process and mechanism that facilitate all these phenomena. And beyond. 2.0 Life and existence are interdependent and interconnected. 3.0 Life exist beyond the known physical world. 4.0 Spirit-soul and spirit realm and world are real. Spirit is considered as immaterial since it cannot be presently detected and observed. However, spirit is real physical form rather than substance to be re-incarnated. 5.0 All realms and worlds are interdependent and interconnected. 6.0 Information is inherent in nature. And information implies process and mechanism as previously mentioned in 1.0. 7.0 And information also implies not only interactive interaction among parts of sum of parts but also existence of integrated or unified individual and collective memory structure and mechanism. 8.0 Transcendence naturalness-spiritual experience is through the subtle body-mind or emerging spirt-soul potentialities of possibilities. in other words, validate the existence of subtle body-mind as previously mentioned in 4.0. and among many others. And therefore, intertwinement and entanglement of parts of sum of parts of the greater whole in the known physical world and beyond are causes and causalities for these phenomena. In other words, re-incarnation is experience of either others past lives or memory of spirit realm field or source field. And which can be validated through meaningful science of epistemology and ontology such as emergence and evolution sciences, meaningful applied sciences or empirical scientific method, and or direct experience. And validation through reason and logic or theoretical sciences and or applied sciences would best answer proponents as well as skeptics. How could re-incarnation be so relevant in so many cultures, in particularly Eastern. For example, in Buddhism (re-incarnation belief goes way back to beyond Buddhism), there is no recorded on the Buddha mentioned about his re-incarnation. Furthermore, there are only a few paragraphs mentioned about past lives experience but they were about experience of others past lives. Furthermore, scriptures were developed many centuries after Gautama Buddha era. And as such, how could re-incarnation be considered as part of the Buddha experience and guidance as well as so relevant in Buddhism. Furthermore, accrediting to the Buddha, his experience, and his teaching over the years.. Therefore, the phenomena should be investigated and explored as the Buddha had strongly encouraged. And as best expressed by the Dalai Lama of the Buddha encouragement as well as his own encouragement on many occasions (such as https://www.dalailama.com/videos/relevance-of-indias-ancient-tradition-in-todays-world) for people to be scientific and empirical as well as 21st Buddhist. |
