On Nature of Wisdom and Compassion

Brief and simplified discernment on the nature of wisdom:


There are 3 types of wisdom that are mainly built on knowledge, experience, intution through existential universal ways of being and becoming. And each pertain to local and non-local realms and worlds:

1.0 Relative 

1.1 Relative Locally 

      or known physical world

1.2 Relative Non-Locally 

       Non-Locally or beyond known physical world

1.3 Both 1.1 and 1.2

2.0 Absolute

2.1 Absolute Locally 

2.2 Absolute Non-Locally

2.3 Both 2.1 and 2.2

3.0 Eternal or both locally and non-locally

Knowledge is not enough to build wisdom nor is experience enough to achieve wisdom. It takes both knowledge and experience to gradually develop intution toward wisdom. And is not defined by such as era, gender, and social status. 

Furthermore, there are many types of wisdom such as social, economical, cultural, political, civil, military, war, scientific, humanities, artistic, natural, and among others. However, in general, when the word wisdom is used broadly, it is referred to ultimate existential or highest form of wisdom since it is the base or foundation to all other wisdoms or essence and nature of being and becoming wisdom:

1.0 Essence and Nature of Being and Becoming

2.0 Essence, Nature, and Ground of Being and Becoming

3.0 Essence, Nature, and Ground of Existene and Becoming

4.0 Nature' Epistemic and Ontic 

5.0 Ways of Being and Becoming based on these or 1.0-4.0

That is basically  how in general, knowledge, experience, intuition, and wisdom should be defined or in their proper content and context. And such existential knowledge, experience, intuition, and wisdom require meaningful and essential existential perception and experience of local and non-local realms and worlds accordingly. 

In addition, wisdom is something to build on or growing through ways of being and becoming locally and non-locally rather than static (i.e. the world is flux, impermanence, and infinite after all). And which is why ancient wisdom is referred to timeless holistic wisdom (and those briefly mentioned in 1.0-3.0 in the first paragraph) rather than just only known wisdom (however, more often than not, confused or mistaken for only wisdom by the mass).

For example, when ancient wisdom is referred, it implied timeless or wisdom that span the age (and not necessary across existential realms and worlds). And as such, in general, referred to sages and mystics since they are considered or perceived as developed the knowledge, experience, intuition, and pratices toward such wisdom or across perceivable realms and worlds. And which help defined complementary attributes such as compassion and perfection of wisdom or is why, in wisdom traditions, wisdom and compassion are irreducible. While in other areas as previously briefly mentioned, people can develop wisdom but not necessary the compassion (in particularly complementary compassion). And the compassion but not necessary the wisdom (in particularly complementary wisdom). Furthermore, wisdom without compassion and compassion without wisdom can be counterproductive and or harmful.

For example, if an individual is not conscious much less aware of interdependent and interconnected non-local realms and worlds (despite or even through is interconnected or intertwined and entangled with such realms and worlds) then the individual neither possesses the knowledge nor the experience (and thus, possesses false perception and experience of the world much less able to understand)  develop intuition toward wisdom. And as such, would naturally result in false perception and experience of the world or worse than clueless. And which could easily lead to self and collective malpractice, harm, injustice, and suffering.

Therefore, essential explorations and quests through the scientific method, sentient experience, empirical data, and reason are not only meaningful and purposeful, rather, essential - On Friendly, Ethical, Wise, Compassionate, and Responsible Science, AI, and Technology - EPISTEMOLOGY OF LIFE AND ONTOLOGY OF EXISTENCE FOUNDATION AND INSTITUTE (epistemologyontologyfoundationinstitute.org)
