On Essential Epidemic, Pandemic, and Endemic Strategies and Developemnts

Brief and simple discernment to support or strengthen and complement the community global efforts in preventing and eliminating epidemic, pandemic, and endemic:

Current strategy has been serious problems or disasters locally and globally. And in particularly for many communities and nations lacking essential infrastructures, means, and resources. And had the viral been more potent, contagious, or both; it would has been disaster for human species and humanity (not to say that it has already been disasters locally and globally). And therefore, based on past as well as current empirical data, the strategy need to be changed or adapted and transformed accordingly:

1.0 Anti-viral, anti-bodies, and vaccines need to be developed in parallel. And anti-viral (and if needed, anti-bodies) need to be front line due to solve or prevent such as logistics, infrastructures, costs or resources, and applications issues. As an example, if vaccines technology were available before the pandemic, there still could be problems locally. And certainly, problems globally due to many issues such as patents, manufacturing, distribution, applications, and among others. Another way of saying is diseases would still become epidemic, pandemic, and endemic.

2.0 Vaccine concept and technology need to change to safely combat diseases at the sources and root causes of infection while prevent negative effects. And as well as across as much viral spectrum as possible (i.e. rather than a vaccine(s) for each viral).

3.0 1.0-2.0 as complementary solutions (beside the usual complementary drugs such as anti-inflammation and anti-clotting) - Why is COVID-19 so hard to treat? Growing evidence points to unique infectious profile (medicalxpress.com) - (and along with maintaining healthy body-mind and practical preventive caresuch as stress relief, good rest and sleep, essential and healthy nutrition, healthy BMI, exercise, healthy outdoor environment and sun light, sauna-steam bath, breathing and meditation ) along with meaningful and practical preventive care would prevent or eliminate epidemic, pandemic, and endemic.

4.0 For many, due to variants such as biologic-genetic, existing health conditions, and among others; current vaccines  technologies are not suitable or solutions. Furthermore, people still can be infected during vaccination immune development.  And even after vaccination.

5.0 Local and global efforts need to be better integrated and coordinated comprehensively dynamically or pro-actively rather than re-actively, efficiently, and effectively or holistically as parts of sum of parts of the whole. And in particularly for infectious diseases.

6.0 Prevent viral chimeras and retro-virus since the higher the infection and replication rates individually and collectively, the higher potentialities in individual and collective. 8.0 Minimize mutation rate and mutation strains and variants.

9.0 Minimize the use of anti-biotic which could become serious problems in many ways..

and from 6.0-8.0, would further prevent on going as well as epidemic, pandemic, and endemic possibilities. And along with complementary solutions such as the many preventive care-therapies.

And there may not be pandemic much less endemic. And now, not only COVID-2  has been an endemic since last year. The world is in crises with disasters, harms, injustices, and sufferings; Basically more or less, all are being affected whether directly or indirectly. Another way of saying is it is a total disaster from social, scientific, medical, health care, civil, development and living, humanity, and human rights and dignity care, accountabilities, and responsibilities.
