4.0 Protect sentient and nature' parts inherent Intrinsic rights such as;

4.1 As individual transformation and evolution rights locally and non-Locally in the known physical world. And beyond

4.2 As collective and species transformation and evolution rights locally and non-Locally in the known physical world. And beyond

Since they are inherent intrinsic parts of essence and nature of being and becoming endowed and embodied in sentient as individual and collective parts of sum of parts of the greater whole

5.0 Protect universal process and mechanism (and interdependent and interconnected processes and mechanisms) of Being and Becoming from being Improperly patented or inappropriately and exclusively appled

14.0 Prevent and safeguard against de-evolution toward lesser species and sentient

15.0 Prevent and safeguard against the many existential risks 

16.0 Prevent harm, injustice, and suffering to individual and collective locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond

and among many other individual and collective potentialities of possibilities and long lasting benefits and betterment in the known physical world. Despite infinite dynamic complexity and potentialities of possibilities, in an interdependent and interconnected or intertwined and entangled world, what just mentioned are intertwined and entangled or knowledge and solution in one can link or solution to other(s) in complementary or diverse ways. A simple way of stating is expanding existential ways of being and becoming locally and non-locally in the world or universally would also require expansion of science, engineering, humanities, technology, and practices accordingly. And vice versa.as had discerned in diverse ways in diverse past discernments.
