Fundamental Scientific Definitions, Specifications, Concepts, Guidances, and Practices

In order for meaningful, purposeful, and proper science progresses and achievements while preventing harms; meaningful and essential scientific research and development, preventive, and corrective programs, processes, and mechanisms must be implemented. However, these are far from enough since the research and development could still be based on dominance groups ideologies, interests, and paradigms as well as based social narratives and constructs. And as such, better definitions, specifications, and guidance in science must be established. And there is no more fundamental, impartial, common, inclusive, and relevant to all than to base definitions, specifications, and guidance on the essence, nature, and ground of being and nature.
