!.0 Mindfulness is about mindful care or body-mind care (in particularly when the mind belongs to the subtle body-mind rather than the organic biologic body) rather than just brain and organic biologic body care.
In ancient days, mindfulness was developed as holistic and non-dual ways of being and becoming locally (and therefore also) and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond. Mindfulness implied mind and heart. And therefore, body-mind or form-formless or many sentient composite body-mind system. Another simple way of saying is mindfulness is just a compact interpreted and translated term or metaphor. And therefore, the whole content and context are not encompassed. And can be stated that it was not only about nurturing, development, transformation, and purification of body-mind or wholeness of all senses (inner and outer senses rather than reducible to brain and outer senses). Rather, also about the essence and nature of being and becoming locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond. 4.0 From 1.0-3.0, is about holistic and non-dual ways of being and becoming locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond basing on the Essence, Nature, and Ground of Being and Becoming. And the Essence, Nature, and Ground of Nature and Becoming.

And complementary scientific concepts, methods, practices, and technology to advance and better the human conditions, potentials, wellbeing, and common and greater good.
