Brief Suggestion on Duality and Non-Duality Philosophy and Science

Brief and simplified discernment to strengthen and complement the following presentation .Pravrajika Divyanandaprana - Buddha at the Gas Pump Livestream - YouTube on "Atman" and "Anatman" through Universal Process of Being and Becoming. And "Duality" and "Non-Duality" in general as had discerned in diverse ways in diverse past discernments:

"Atman" and "Anatman" as reducible parts, are not only contradiction unto themselves, rather also contradiction nature' epistemic and ontic or life and existence. 

"Atman" as part of universal process of being exists. However, does not exist by itself or independently. Rather as part of sum of parts of the greater whole. This is contradiction of duality from the start. Furthermore, "Atman" as part of the greater whole can benefit from infinite potentialities of possibilities facilitate by Ground of Being and Becoming or God metaphor. And ground of Nature and Becoming. However, can never become Ground of Being nor Ground of Nature (and Becoming). Another way of saying is duality became non-duality. 

However, if duality is defined based on the framing of Oneness of Wholeness or based on the interdependent and interconnectedness of life and existence (which is part of Vedanta philosophy) then such duality, could more or less be considered as non-duality. And as such, the inconsistency of duality and non-duality in the philosophy and practices. Thus, it is better to consistent and skillful. And as an illustration, the reason for Advaita Vedanta.

"Anatman" as only as stream of consciousness is not only dual, rather instantly contradicted nature' epistemic and ontic since epistemic cannot exist without ontic or they are irreducible. And therefore, also express reducibility and duality. And inconsistency duality and non-duality practices. A simple way of saying is stream of consciousness cannot exist without from-formless (or self in this case). While "Anatman" in non-dual reality meant the self exist, however, does not exist on its own or does not has its own inherent intrinsic independent existence. Another simple way of saying is exist as parts of sum of parts of the greater whole.

Since nature' epistemic and ontic is non-dual universal process and mechanism of sum of parts of wholeness, the proper philosophy, science, and ways of being and becoming are "Atman" and "Anatman". And even through such definition and terminology seem dual (and which were why metaphors and paraphases were used throughout the ages due to infinite complexity and potentialities of possibilities locally and non-locally. Even metaphors such as "Beyond Imagination", "Beyond Experience", "Beyond Words", "Beyond Comprehension or Never Comprehensible", "Beyond Conceptualization or Never Conceptualizable". However, became non-dual when they are properly understood. And realized as "Atman-Anatman" when both the Ground of Being and Becoming, And Ground of Nature and Becoming are integrated as parts of the greater whole rather than just one or the other or none. And as such, fast path of realization and actualization of nature's epistemic and ontic. And nature of reality and truth.

As an extremely simple analogy that illustrated both the essence and nature of "Atman" and "Anatman": a part a computer and network system (regardless of how adaptive, advanced, and transformative) would function basing on the potentialities of possibilities facilitate by the computer and network system as part of the computer and network system or whole system. However, can never become a computer nor system. Another simple way of stating is part of computer and network is the not the same as a computer nor network nor system. And based on real life or daily experience, without network, computer, and user equipment or ontic, information or epistemic would not be possible. And vice versa, or information indicated that user, computer, and network equipment exist or are in operation. Even through this is real life, it is based on human' constructs or epistemic and ontic. And in local realm or known physical world.

And as such, an illustration through real non-local realm: From the most consistent and large % of empirical data recorded, interpolated, extrapolated, and correlated of individuals experience or experiencers of OBE and NDE reported experience of such as time and memory are irreducible even though they are experienced and observed as reducible in daily life. And experiencing the Ground of Being and Becoming as Oneness or parts of the whole.

And to inspire and encourage non-dual collaboration, development and living, and efforts as individual-shared-collective responsibilities, common ground and good, and solutions to greater whole potentialities of possibilities or basing on non-dual process of being and becoming locally, globally, and non-locally. Another way of saying is basing on infinite potentialities of possibilities facilitating by the essence, nature, and Ground of Being and Becoming. And the essence, nature, and Ground of Nature and Becoming.

And beside would be natural to the essence and nature of being and becoming locally and non-locally; would be in the long term interests and betterment for all locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And far beyond.
