This brief and simplified discernment is to strengthen and complement the following essays (and among others):
Since the isolation or separation of Science and Philosophy started about a century ago, not only both disciplines but related disciplines as well as societies and humanity as a whole suffered. When organized science started, scientists were considered as natural or nature philosophers. And which implied more holistic science since naturalness is interdependent and interconnected with spiritual (i.e. spiritual is a prohibition. And therefore, science has to relent to naturalness). And the essence, nature, and ground of being. And nature. However, when philosophy and science started to be isolated from each other, science is stripped of both naturalness and spiritual essence and meanings. While philosophy is stripped of the broadness of scientific knowledge and insights of scientific explorations. In simple words, the perception and experience of the essence, nature, and ground of being (i.e. such as process (and mechanism) of being and becoming facilitating by nature). And the essence, nature, and ground of nature are stripped of or rendered deficient, fragmented in counterproductive ways, or even harmful ways. And in actuality, the integration of science and philosophy (and thus naturalness (and therefore spiritual)) is even more essential since scientific explorations are approaching unobservable realms and worlds of infinite potentialities of possibilities. And which is a main reason naturalness is a struggle in science. And is endangered of disappearing.
In addition, it is not only better but essential to also integrate spiritual with science and philosophy which would not only greatly strengthen the disciplines and practices but would safeguard proper scientific quests, explorations, and achievements since naturalness is more about the nature of being and nature. And spiritual is more about the essence of being and nature (which are interdepedent and interconnected or naturalness-spiritual are irreducible to parts just as in body-mind). It is essential to start the convergence and integration correctly from the start rather than continue to progress toward dead end or wrong direction since nature, life, and existence have to be based on sum of parts of the greater whole (or the whole is greater than sum of its parts). Another way of saying is in accordance to the essence, nature, and ground of being. And nature.
Furthermore, the initiatives and efforts have to be integral practices of organized science to be comprehensive, effective, and productive (strength, resilient, meaningful correlation, successes, and achievements in diversity, pluralism, inclusiveness, openness, and number). For example, science and technology would not have progressed as fast or even with much difficulties without being organized as well as organizing at the global scale.
However, it is not only about the nature of reality and truth but also about essential perception and experience of nature, life, and existence for meaningful and mindful care philosophical inspirations, aspirations, and emancipation as well as scientific wisdom, development, process, method, and transformation. And as well as the spiritual wisdom to realize and construct nature of reality and truth. And which is the reason, it is essential to also integrate philosophy, science, and spiritual from the start as mentioned.
Therefore, the collaboration, integration, and efforts would strengthen and complement the disciplines and related disciplines as well as related social practices toward wholeness. And the common and greater good ways of life and practices. And should be applauded as well as further encourage and support to accelerate essential and meaningful global inspirations, aspirations, convergence, integration, collaboration, synergy, and efforts for the advancement and betterment of present and future generations, societies, humanity, and sentient. And all the while prevent and eliminate harm, injustice, and suffering in the known physical world. And beyond.
