The many sentient composite body-mind rhythm need to be in rythm and resonance with local such as earth and solar system, and non-local cosmos or beyond known physical world. And which can be achieved through diverse ways such as through breathing, energy channeling, or both techniques. And the difficulties are:

1.0 To know the rhythm(s) and integrated or Oneness rhythm

2.0 To develop the techniques

3.0 And to embed and embody naturally

since there are variants among individuals as well as variant in the environment and habitat.

Still, they are easier for focus, target, and contemplation meditations. However, for non-dual and subtle non-dual or all non-dual meditations, what mentioned in 1.0-3.0 have to be naturally or seamlessly and flawlessly integrated as part of the flow dynamic. And which can be gradually developed through natural efforts and or with essential complementary technologies skillfully.

Furthermore, sentient are already interactively connected non-locally to the Ground of Being and Becoming. And Gorund of Nature and Becoming as parts of sum of parts of the Greater Whole through the subtle body-mind or emerging spirit-soul potentialities of possibilities. And therefore, need to tap in or integrated the subtle body-mind of the many sentient composite body-mind system as wholeness or holistic practices to transcend the realms and worlds potentialities of possibilities (in particularly essential for non-dual meditations. Furthermore, variants such as nutrition, environment, habitat, healthy body-mind are more critical for non-dual than others or basic meditations. Another simple way of stating is since the mind belongs to the subtle body, the awareness is embedded and embodied through the subtle body-mind or real self. However, there are dynamic interaction and causal effects since the subtle body-mind and organic biologic are intertwined and entangled as parts of the many sentient composite body-mind system.

Another simple way of stating is consciousness and awareness are from or of mind. And which belongs to the subtle body (or emerging spirit-soul potentialities of possibilities) created, nurtured, and shaped; and can be transformed and purified through the many sentient composite body-mind system through essential and meaningful universal process of being and becoming locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond.

However, develop the science of subtle body-mind through sentient universal genome would certainly greatly strengthen, complement, and advance the development and practices. In addition, the essence and nature of being and becoming are critical for meaningful meditation and contemplation. In particularly, non-dual meditation. A simple way of stating is the practices and ways of being and becoming have to align or be in accordance with the essence and nature of being and becoming potentialities of possibilities locally and non-locally in the known physical world. And beyond basing on the Essence, Nature and Ground of Being and Becoming. And Nature and Becoming Universal Process of Being and Becoming (i.e. topology, structure, function, spectra-field-space-time-geometry-information, process, mechanism, and order or what are real or exist and functional) as parts of sum if parts of Wholeness or the Greater Whole.

And with better and new knowledge or science, concepts, methods or techniques, empirical, and technology; the human conditions, experience, and potential would not only be better and further advanced. Rather, also would accelerate. All the while prevent false experience, unpleasant, and even harmful experience as well as lost or wasted or unproductive resources, time, and efforts.

And this brief and simplified discernment is also to inspire, encourage, and support such development through holistic scientific and empirical concepts and methods forward for potentially long lasting benefits and betterment for all in the known physical world. And beyond.
