1.2 Through skillful transcendence meditation and contemplation

This experience could be almost instantaneous

2.0 Through reason based on ways of development and living or ways of being and becoming that gave rise to:

2.1 The senses, intuition, and insights

2.2 "Knowing"

Could take decades, life time, or far beyond

3.0 Through the scientific method 

3.1 Objective 

3.2 Subjective made objective 

3.3 Combination.

However, due to infinite complexity and potentialities of possibilities, could take millenniums upon millenniums and far beyond or even never, in particularly with de-evolution and existential risks.

However, the most interconnected existential experience potentialities of possibilities or existential phenomenal process and mechanism (and therefore, most comprehensive solution and quest) is by analyzing the reason of and for universal emergence of the local and non-local topology-structure-function-process-mechanism-order of the subtle body-mind of the many sentient composite body-mind system (or emerging spirit-soul potentialities of possibilities) genome through local and non-local causalities (basing on the mentioned metaphors could be more revealing or relevant) through aeon self-realized and self-actualized (or self-assembled, self-transformed,  self-evolved, self-optimized) process and mechanism of Abiogenesis to Panspermia to primitives life on earth to sentient to evolved species (or even from just on life and existence on earth. And the human existential experience), existence of Ground of Being and Becoming (rather than obscured word God) is essential or obvious.
