Perception is more about physical senses and cognition or the physical body. While experience is more about inner or subtle senses and cognition or the subtle body-mind. The word "more" is used here to imply that perception and experience are interdependent and interconnected or irreducible (i..e the physical and subtle body-mind are intertwined and entangled entities of the many sentient composite body-mind system). In other words, the physical senses and cognition are more about perception than experience. And the subtle senses and cognition are more about experience than perception. The physical senses and cognition are also more about brain than heart. And the subtle senses and cognition are more about heart than brain.

And therefore, meaningful perception and experience of the world require not only heart mind synchronization or resonance and coherence but also subtle body-mind living experience. And which would allow proper perception and interpretation of experience, in particularly subtle body-mind experience. And experience beyond the known physical world which only the subtle body-mind can access or transcend (i.e. subtle body-mind or emerging form-formless or spirit-soul potentialities of possibilities is both local and non-local while the physical body is restricted or limited to locality (as in returned to nature after biologic death). However, since the physical and subtle bodies are intertwined and entangled, the perception and experienced are shared or integrated. And therefore, the better heart-brain coherence, the higher possibilities of properly perceived and experienced the world. And thus, the essence, nature, and ground of being. And nature). As an extremely simple analogy for illustration: if multi parts interdependent and interconnected instrument analyzer are not synchronized as one, then the instrument would not function properly or fully much less able to analyze.

Another simple analogy, just consider the following:

Could a temporary self that is restricted to the known physical world and conditions as well as physical senses and cognition. And as well as to the human conditions and struggles for life. And as well as social, economical, cultural, civil, political, traditional conditions constructs and their causalities perceive and experience nature of reality and truth. Or a true self that is local and non-local or can transcend the known physical world and conditions as well as based on both physical and subtle senses and cognitions (i.e. physical and subtle have to be integrated or are irreducible. In other words, sum of parts of the greater whole. And the whole is far greater than sum of its parts). The former would NEVER be able not only to perceive and experience nature of reality and truth but also worse, false perception and experience of the world. While the latter is of infinite potentialities of possibilities in the known physical world. And beyond.

After all, whether one wants to term as common sense, reason, logic, rational or all of these, how could a temporary and limited or restricted self perceive and experience nature of reality and truth. Only the real and trues self can. And which were why the following metaphors are most popular among naturalness-spiritual practitioners: "The Kingdom Is Within", "Go Inward", "Be Still", "Seek Within", "Know Thyself". In simple words, one needs to nurture and develop essential and meaningful essence and nature of being in order to perceive and experience or know the essence, nature, and ground of being. And nature.
