On Meaningful and Purposeful AI

It is a good idea to know sentient, in particularly evolved sentient, to better develop and build AI and machines. However, this is far from enough. In order to best develop and build meaningful and purposeful AI, it is far better or appropriate strategy and concept are to "Know Thyself" and to "Know Nature". And as well as apply wholism realism philosophy and science. As an example, sentient is created through Universal Process of Being and Becoming from spectra-field to quanta to atoms to molecules to RNA-DNA to organelles to cells to multi-cells to organisms to primitive living things ... to more evolved species ... and so on as dependent and interdependent origination. And dependent and interdependent sum of parts of the greater whole over eon. In addition, evolved species such as human species also have evolved emerging subtle body-mind (i.e. emerging spirit-soul evolution potentialities of possibilities beyond the known physical world) as part of the many sentient composite body-mind system. And therefore, not taking into consideration all the hidden and subtle functions and features of many sentient composite body-mind system, would be causes of false perception and constructs about species and nature. And life and existence.

For example, since machines can never have subtle body-mind, it would be futile and misleading to try to make AI machines human. Furthermore, false perception and understanding of life and existence can or risk of (harmfully or dangerously) turn sentient such as human species into machines or far lesser species. And eventually de-evolution and existential risks.

And therefore, "Know Thyself" and "Know Nature" are the pre-requisite to build not only meaningful and purposeful AI. Rather also the best achievable AI. All the while accelerate the common and greater good. And prevent and safeguard against harm, injustice, and suffering.
