Gautama Buddha's non-dual philosophy rejected gods (i.e. alien overlords and descendants or representative emperors and warlords' gods) while affirmed Existential Ground of Being and Existence (i.e. Source and God). And becoming. However, was mistranslated, misinterpreted, falsely defined, and or misunderstood or mistaken for not affirming existence of God (and among others such as the "Self").

Gautama's philosophy, despite subtle and mindful-heartful care, was a main reason Buddhism was suppressed and eventually went underground or expelled or exiled from India for those not assimilated as part of ancient Hindu Vedanta belief, cultural, and social systems. However, despite centuries of conflict, injustice, and great suffering, the irony is modern Vedanta or Advaita Vedanta, and augmented Advaita Vedanta emerged as the adaptation or integration of Gautama's non-dual philosophy and Nalanda's scholarly method (and source or root of all non-dual practices) during past centuries.

It is critical or essential to discuss, brain storm, and carry out shared and collective scientific analyses. And constructive or complementary criticisms. However, it is also essential not to hold back or dwell on old paradigms, beliefs, and self or group thinking. And take the necessary collaborations, team building, actions and efforts forward to re-imagine, built on, and better timeless wisdom and practices: And the solution forward is to integrate or include along with solution and illustration (which have been resulted of scientific methods, existential experience, and empirical):

1.0 Ground of Being and Existence and Becoming which is the Source. And Governance and Facilitator of Life Force and Enrgy, Consciousness, Awareness, Existence, and Essence and Nature of Being and Becoming Infinite Potentialities of Possibilities. And are of immaterial and non-local substrate (i.e. only observable or experienciable through sentient existential being and beconing experience locally and non-locally process and mechanism. And such as electromagnetics, gravity, strong, weak, and among others local and non-local phenomena.

2.0 Existence is both Local and Non-Local. And long lasting or eternal existential potentialities of possibilities is non-local or of immaterial substrate (i.e. immaterial is real physical non-organic but not currently detectable (other then what briefly mentioned in 1.0). 

3.0 Subtle body-mind or emerging spirit-soul potentialities of possibilities as part of the many sentient composite body-mind system. And as part of sum of parts of the Greater whole. Without the subtle body-mind, non-local process and mechanism would never be possible much less existence.

4.0 Apply "Dependent and Interdependent Origination" and "Dependent and Interdependent Arisen" Non-Dual concepts or nothing has its own inherent intrinsic independent existence as part of sum of parts of the Greater Whole or Oneness of Wholeness.

5.0 And therefore, from 1.0-4.0, the genome is universal or local and non-local. And true genome potentialities of possibilities is non-local (i.e. spirit-soul is non-local immaterial).just as the Ground of Being and Existence. And Becoming.
